Just like Lead Pools, you can now create a group for easy, centralised management of Contacts grouped based on specific criteria. Whether you are segmenting them by region, interests, or engagement level, Contact Pools makes it easier to manage and nurture your client relationship.

- First-come-first-served: All incoming leads are deposited into a shared repository, allowing all agents to have real-time access to view and claim new leads, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Flexible Ownership: Agents can be assigned to the pool with just one click, allowing them to change the owner of contact records as needed. This ensures that contacts are always managed by the right person.
- Transparency and Fairness: Allowing all agents who have access to this Lead Pool an equal chance to access and manage leads, and helps balance the workload by distributing leads to available agents.
Enhanced Lead Reassignment:
Explore our enhanced Lead Reassignment feature to make the most of this update. For instance, if one of your agents is on holiday and unable to respond to client inquiries, our Lead Reassignment feature seamlessly transfers contacts to another agent. This ensures that your clients always receive timely and attentive service, keeping your business running smoothly.

2. Enhanced Viewings Functionality
We’ve made some big changes to our existing Viewings functionality.

- Calendar Integration: Agents can now directly create a viewing event in their calendar, with the option to select multiple associated listings. Viewing results and relevant comments can also be added directly to the calendar event, keeping key information consolidated.
- Automated Updates: Viewing activity details will be automatically populated under the corresponding contact’s profile and relevant listings, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- To-Do Module Integration: A new Viewing tab under the ‘To-Do’ module allows you to always check your dashboard for the status and details of all viewings. Easily pull up information about specific viewings whenever you need it.
Enhanced Viewings Functionality streamlines the process of scheduling, tracking, and managing property viewings, ensuring all key details are easily accessible and organised.
3. Create a Valuation Profile
Agents can now utilise our new Valuation Profile feature to generate listing profiles for landlords who are unsure about committing to an agency but have a unit available for sale or rent.

- Simplified Process: Valuation profiles function similarly to listings but without requiring the formal creation of a property. Focus on providing essential details without the hassle of constructing new towers or structures. With minimal information required, it’ll take you no time at all.
- Prospect Match Integration: Our Prospect Match feature, which analyses system data to match clients with properties, works the same way for Valuation Profiles as it does for listings.
